Clip #3- Evidence of collusion between developers and EPC commission - In this clip Land Developer Attorney John Grandolf urges commission to approve motion to kill EPC protection. Problem=Atty Grandolf gave this speech 1 hour in advance of Commissioner White's motion. How did this attorney know in advance that White was going to make this motion? What happended to SUNSHINE??????

Clip #4 - EPC Director Garrity begs for time to present his plan to keep Wetlands Div intact, but Blair is in too much of a hurry. He then tells Garrity that he has 3 minutes to speak about his plan before they vote. Is 3 minutes enough time to evaluate the effect of killing wetlands protection?
